Key Performance Indicators
Every quarter we measure our performance against targets to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to our customers.
Our Key Performance Indicators are reported quarterly to the Senior Management Team and to Tai Tarian's Board.
Customer Satisfaction Results
To measure satisfaction with our services, we carry out various service level satisfaction surveys.
In addition an All-Wales sector-wide postal Tenant Satisfaction Survey was carried out for the year 2014-15. It was commissioned by Welsh Government and led by Community Housing Cymru (CHC). The survey was designed to help landlords with business planning, identify areas of improvement and develop stronger communication and relationships with tenants.

We publish more detailed information about our performance in the Annual Review. The Annual Review focuses on the areas that matter most to tenants and shows how performance has changed from one year to the next.
