Chief Executive Directorate
The Chief Executive's directorate consists of the Technology and Innovation, Change Management and Organisational Development service areas.
Linda has over 25 years’ experience in housing, starting as an accountant in the private sector with a number of small housing association clients. She then spent eight years working within a large Welsh association in senior finance positions, including two years as a treasury accountant, before moving to a smaller association as a director.
Having later gained experience of working as a consultant on stock transfers in England and Wales, Linda moved to the Welsh Assembly Government in a finance role, with responsibility for the administration budget for the organisation. After three years, she was promoted into the Senior Civil Service as the Director of Housing for Wales. As policy lead for all housing issues, she oversaw a number of stock transfers as well as having responsibility for regulation of Registered Social Landlords in Wales. Linda was appointed the Chief Executive of Tai Tarian in 2010.

Paul has more than 25 years’ experience of delivering a wide range of ICT solutions within local Government. His career began implementing and managing the housing applications within the local authority.
He has been instrumental in the delivery of numerous projects during his career which have had a significant impact across many of the service areas. Paul has always managed to maintain a strong relationship within the housing sector.
Andrew has worked in the public sector for over 30 years and has experience of a number of service functions and organisations. Andrew is a qualified management accountant and was previously the finance manager within NPTCBC. He has also worked for the audit commission, lectured at a local college and worked as a governor within a local school.
As head of change management, Andrew is responsible for looking at systems from a different perspective and implementing change to improve the services that we deliver to tenants.
Wayne has comprehensive experience of leading organisational change through various senior and consultancy roles.
Wayne previously worked at Rockwool Group where he was HR Director for all Rockwool Group businesses in UK and Ireland. Subsequently, he was part of the global HR Excellence team as process leader for Performance Management.
