Will you help us to create a Tenant Charter?
What is it?
We say 'our tenants are at the heart of what we do' and this charter will explain what that really means.
It will be our promise to you to let you know what we are doing and why. It will also be a commitment to working in partnership with you whenever we can, making decisions together and building trusting relationships between us.
If you have some time to spare then please get involved. This is your chance to make your voice heard and improve our services. In short, you can help us turn words in to deeds.
For more information about the charter, then please call us on 01639 506097 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Right Stuff
In summer 2019 the Welsh Government issued a report called ‘The Right Stuff- Hearing the Tenants Voice’.
The Right Stuff report has prompted us to review the opportunities we currently offer. It has highlighted the significant amount of positive engagement running throughout the organisation.
The Board of Tai Tarian welcomes this report and has established a project group made up of tenants, board members and senior staff to build on our existing commitment to tenant involvement, for example through co-design programmes.
The remit of the group is clear, to consider ways in which we can improve tenant involvement, reflecting on the opportunities people have at the moment, and what we will do in the future.
In the coming months our priority will be to evaluate these opportunities, understand if our current approach works for all our tenants while allowing us to achieve our purpose and provide value for money.
To get involved or find out more, contact us at email@example.com, follow our social media updates, or check for news about this in our new style Grapevine magazine.
More updates will be provided here as our work progresses.
