The work to convert an old office block into flats at Llansawel Crescent, Briton Ferry is just the latest development by us in our attempts to increase the amount of housing available locally.
The development is seeing the former offices being transformed into six modern, two bedroom flats. Work at the site began in October 2018, with the conversion being carried out by PBM Wales Ltd and support provided through the Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant programme.
Developing new homes is a priority for us over the next couple of years and this development is just the latest in a series of building projects that we overseeing.
As always, we are aim to ensure that the work goes smoothly and with as little disruption as possible. However, due to the nature of construction work there could be some noise and inconvenience and so Mark Taylor, Tai Tarian’s Tenant Liaison Officer is available to liaise with residents and work with them to resolve any concerns they may have. Anyone living near the site who have any queries relating to the development can contact Mark on 01639 505932 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Work to convert the flats is due to be completed by spring 2019.
