Tenancy Relations Officer

Anthony Crecraft is the Tenancy Relations Officer for Aberdulais, Briton ferry, Cadoxton, Cilfrew and Roman Way. Anthony will help and support tenants to manage and sustain their tenancy, ensuring that all aspects of the Tenancy Agreement are adhered to. Where support needs are identified he will refer or signpost a tenant to the most suitable agency for advice and assistance.

Anthony is also responsible and accountable for dealing with complaints or reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in his area. He will provide clear information and advice on what options are available to help tackle ASB, focussing on practical ways of trying to resolve problems.

In addition, Anthony undertakes a weekly review of rent accounts and he will take the appropriate action to recover and address any arrears. This can include referrals being made to the Financial Inclusion Team or the Universal Credit Team whilst also providing advice and assistance in relation to applications for Housing benefit.

Isabelle Watson is the Tenancy Relations Officer for Melyn and Neath. Isabelle will help and support tenants to manage and sustain their tenancy, ensuring that all aspects of the Tenancy Agreement are adhered to. Where support needs are identified she will refer or signpost a tenant to the most suitable agency for advice and assistance.

Isabelle is also responsible and accountable for dealing with complaints or reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in her area. She will provide clear information and advice on what options are available to help tackle ASB, focussing on practical ways of trying to resolve problems.
