Customer Service is one of our top priorities while we carry out your improvement works. Currently 98% of our tenants rate our works either very good or good.

We are always looking to improve and appreciate your comments and your support. Please let us know what you think we can do to improve our service.

Besides the feedback form you receive after the work is completed at your home, can also let us know your opinions by:

If there is something wrong as we go along, please don't wait until the end to tell us. If you tell us immediately we can do something quickly.

Please remember - having this work done is a process. Not everything can be done at once and you may think we haven't done something when we have not reached that stage yet. So please ask us and we will let you know!
