The responsibility for keeping your home in a good state of repair lies with the Property and Maintenance Department.
We provide all tenants and leaseholders with a complete “one stop shop” approach for property maintenance and improvements from the initial enquiry to its completion.
All tenants and leaseholders have access to our Repairs Contact Centre between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and our out of hour’s emergency telephone line, which is available for emergency repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please note if repairs are reported out of hours and found not to be an emergency, then a re-charge will be charged for the cost of the call out.
