Over the past three years, extensive work has been on-going at County Flats in Sandifelds to completely rejuvenate the site. Major renovations have taken place to bring the flats up to modern standards

Work is nearing completion on the final two blocks of this development.  Once complete by late summer 2025, 55 new homes will have been created, together with the complete refurbishment of another 72.
