All tenants and leaseholders have access to our repairs contact centre and out of hours emergency telephone line. Our contact centre is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and our out of hours service is available if you need to report an emergency repair outside of these working hours. Here are the details of what is classed as an emergency repair.

Please provide as much information as possible when reporting a repair. The more detail you can provide the quicker we will be able to deal with your request.

Please note: The email and web reporting facility for repair requests is for non-urgent repairs that do not need an immediate response.

Emergency Repairs: This is in operation outside of our normal contact centre opening hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and during bank holidays. The contact number is the same and diverts through to our on call team of experts. 0300 777 3000

Please only report emergency repairs to our out of hours service. Non emergency repairs needs to be reported during call centre opening hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

If repairs are reported out of hours and found not to be an emergency, then a re-charge will be made for the cost of the call out.

This form is to report non-urgent repairs. Please contact us on 0300 777 3000 if you’re reporting an emergency repair.

Examples of emergency repairs include:

  • An immediate danger or health hazard to occupants.
  • Serious damage to the property.
  • No essential services i.e. light, power, water and sanitation.
  • Serious flooding and leaks (internal/external).
  • Lift breakdowns.
  • Damage to doors or windows that makes the home insecure.
  • Blocked toilet (if there is only one).
  • Dangerous walls and other elements.
