Following the government public health announcement on 23 March, we are making changes to our services. All our offices are now closed and weekly Homes By Choice publications will stop until further notice.
If you have applied for housing with us, we will try our best to contact you, however, it may take us a little longer than usual to as we are experiencing very high call volumes.
If you have recently placed a bid for a property and you were successful in being offered a property we will contact you shortly to discuss your housing application.
If you are currently homeless or face becoming homeless, please contact the Local Authority, Housing Options Team on 01639 685219 (this is a 24 hours Homelessness Emergency Helpline).

We are one of the largest social landlords in Wales and have responsibility for over 9,000 properties across the Neath Port Talbot County Borough.

We are experiencing high demand but will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can. When we contact you we will then help you to fill in an application form.

If you have registered an application with us and you see a property you are interested in, you will have until 12pm on Monday to place your bid.
It’s important that you notify us of any change in your circumstances which may affect your application because once bidding has opened at 8.30am each Friday, we will not be able to make any changes to your application until the following Monday after bidding has closed.
Only bids placed between Friday 8.30am and Monday lunchtime at 12pm will be considered; bids received after this time will not count.
