Frequently Asked Questions

To apply, you must register and complete an application through our Digital Lettings website. Once started, your application must be submitted within 28 days. Application verification can take up to 60 days from submission.

There is a wide range of guidance available on the Digital Lettings website, including step‑by‑step instructions, videos and FAQs to help you complete your application.

If you are having difficulties starting your application, please try the online guidance first. If you still need help and do not have any family, friends or support services who can assist you, you can contact us for support. We may ask for some basic details so we can understand how best to help.

Support requests are added to a contact queue and we aim to respond within 28 days. Many applicants are able to complete their application themselves before contact is needed.

Please note:

  • Support is prioritised based on need

  • Not all requests will be contacted immediately

  • Assistance is intended for people who cannot access or use the internet themselves
