Before progressing with your transfer application, please take a moment to check the following:

• I have a clear rent account and do not owe any rent.

• My home is decorated to an acceptable standard.

• My bathroom is in good condition, with no damage or alterations to the bath or shower, toilet, wash hand basin, or flooring.

• My kitchen is in good condition, with no damage or alterations to cupboards, worktops, tiles, or flooring.

• All internal and external doors are in good working order and free from damage.

• My garden is tidy, free from rubbish, and any grassed areas are maintained to an acceptable standard.

• I have lived in my home for at least 12 months.

• My home is free from damage.

• If I have made any alterations or adaptations to my home, I have obtained my landlord's permission.

What happens next?

If you can answer Yes to all of the above, you can continue with your transfer application. If you have answered 'No', you may need to address these items before your application can progress.
