Following technical assessments and extensive investigative work in partnership with statutory bodies, the southern site at Brynna Road, Cwmafan is unsuitable for the proposed development of 22 new homes due to a lack of capacity within the current drainage network.

We would like to thank the Cwmafan community for their patience and understanding throughout the investigation process, and for their valuable engagement during our public consultation events.

While this proposal is not currently feasible, our development team remains committed to identifying suitable locations for building sustainable homes and contributing to sustainable communities across Neath Port Talbot.
