Tai Tarian will soon benefit from 22 new homes in Sandfields.

The development on the site of the old Red Dragon pub on Moorland Road is being led by Castell Group, with Tai Tarian entering into an agreement to take on the properties once they are complete.

The new homes will be made up of 16 one-bedroom flats and 6 two-bedroom flats. They will benefit solar panels, air source heat pumps and will be highly energy efficient.

The development will further help alleviate the demand for good quality homes in the area.

Work is expected to begin in April 2026, with the demolition of the existing building, with residents due to move in in spring 2028.
