We have just launched recruitment for our 2026 trades‑focused Apprenticeship Programme, creating new opportunities for local people to start rewarding careers in the housing sector.

Successful applicants will join our cohort of 15 apprentices and play an important role in maintaining and improving our homes across Neath Port Talbot.

This year we are recruiting in the following trades:

• 2 x apprentice carpenters
• 1 x apprentice plumber
• 1 x apprentice plasterer
• 1 x apprentice electrician

These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to combine college‑based study with hands‑on experience supporting the maintenance and improvement of our homes.
