Test your boiler early
Turn it on before the cold weather arrives and report any issues.

Check your gutters
Look for leaves or blockages from ground level to help prevent leaks and damp.

Stop draughts 
Check for cold air around windows and doors. Simple fixes like draught excluders can make a big difference.

Frozen condensate pipe? 
Pour warm (not boiling) water over the pipe to thaw it. If it still isn’t working, get in touch.

Know your stop tap 
Make sure you know where it is in case of a burst pipe.
