TPAS Cymru, the organisation representing the interests and voice of tenants in Wales, has just launched its 6th Annual Tenant Pulse Survey.

The survey aims to capture tenants’ experiences of affordable warmth, energy efficiency, and the journey toward Net Zero housing. The findings are used to influence housing discussions and policy decisions across Wales, ensuring tenant experiences are central to future changes.

It takes less than five minutes to complete and gives you the opportunity to share your experiences and help shape the future of housing here in Wales.
