Chair of the Climate Change Committee, Nigel Topping, visited Tai Tarian last week to learn more about our journey towards carbon neutrality and the work we're doing to create a more sustainable planet.

During his visit, colleagues shared the progress we've made over recent years to reduce carbon emissions and future-proof our homes.

Nigel also toured our new community hub in Sandfields, a welcoming eco-space where local schoolchildren can learn about sustainability and where tenants can touch and feel the low-carbon technologies being installed in their homes.

With extensive experience advising government on climate action and supporting the United Nations' COP26 programme, Nigel brought valuable insight to discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing the housing sector.
