We’ve been made aware of a series of scam WhatsApp messages targeting customers of housing associations.

Messages and voice notes claiming to be from senior management of various housing associations are being sent to tenants.

We have had no reports of any Tai Tarian tenants receiving these messages, but if you do receive one, please ignore it and contact us on 0300 777 0000.

As a business we do not currently use WhatsApp to communicate with tenants.

If you ever have any interaction with someone claiming to work for Tai Tarian – or on our behalf – and something doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to end the call or conversation and to contact us on 0300 777 0000 to verify their identity and reason for contacting you.
