Want to be involved in how we improve our homes and build new ones? Are you keen to help our communities thrive?

What is the Communities and Homes group?

This group is all about improving the places we live and helping our communities grow. You’ll work with us on things like:

• New home developments, what we build and where
• Home safety and compliance
• Community initiatives, what’s happening locally and how can we support 
• Tenant competitions and projects to bring people together
• Community benefits, how and where we spend additional funds to support good causes 

Your tenant voice can help shape stronger communities, and homes people love to live in.

• You’ll meet like-minded tenants and staff who care
• You’ll grow in confidence and build new skills

The commitment  

A minimum of two/meetings sessions per year. These will be community based at a time that works for you.

What skills do I need?  

A passion for our communities and not being afraid to have your say.  No prior experience of being involved is needed, as training will be given once you join.
