What is the value for money group?

This group gives you the chance to shape how we manage money and set service standards. Making sure every penny is spent in a way that brings maximum benefit to our tenants and communities.

Together, we’ll explore things like: 

• Annual rent increases and service charges, how they’re set and why
• Service improvements or changes, are we getting best value when we spend?
• Ideas to deliver better services in a more cost-effective way

Why get involved?

• Have a direct say in financial decisions that affect all tenants
• Help us deliver better services for better value
• Build confidence around money matters and decision-making
• Connect with other engaged tenants

The commitment  

• A minimum of two meetings sessions per year. These will be community based at a time that works for you.

What skills do I need?  

• A passion for our communities and not being afraid to have your say.  
• No prior experience of being involved is needed, as training will be given once you join.  
• Don’t worry you don’t need to be a financial expert to join this group, life experience and a common-sense viewpoint is enough.
