At Tai Tarian, we believe that you, our tenants, should have a real say in how we shape our services. That’s why we’ve created Tenant Voice groups, a way for you to influence decisions, give feedback, and help us improve.
What are Tenant Voice groups?
These are groups where tenants join together and get involved in areas which interest them. Whether you care about repairs, the environment, or how we communicate, there’s a group for you. Click on the links below to find out more about each group and how you can get involved:
- Communications & Digital
Help us shape new and existing tenant communications from Cartref to new technology like a tenant portal - Communities & Homes
From having your say on building new homes and improving existing ones to how we can support our communities. Your views will help us support and sustain thriving communities. - Environment & Sustainability
Helping us get greener with involvement in our approach to things like sustainability, WHQS23 and biodiversity. - Value for Money
Ensure we spend smart. Making sure our services are efficient and charged fairly, with standards in place. - Repairs
Improving our repairs service together, making sure it works for you. - Scrutiny
Taking a wider look at how we’re doing, focusing on a wide range of different topics and service areas. How can we do better?
The commitment
A minimum of two meetings or sessions per year. These will be community based at a time that works for you.

What skills do I need?
A passion for our communities and not being afraid to have your say.
No prior experience of being involved is needed, as training will be given once you join.
What you’ll receive:
· £20 shopping voucher per session
· Travel and childcare costs covered*
· Learn new skills through expert training from the likes of TPAS Cymru
· A thank-you card for your time.
*Childcare support is available on a case-by-case basis (registered providers only).
